Russia Confirms Second Oil Shipment to Cuba

Russia intends to send a second oil tanker to Cuba, as announced by Energy Minister Sergei Tsivilyov on Thursday. This follows the arrival of the tanker Anatoly Kolodkin at the port of Matanzas, Cuba, earlier this week.
