Each article is a concise, sourced summary — not a copy — written to communicate the substance of a story without burying it in noise. Original publishers are credited and linked at the top of every article that draws on a third-party source.

Editorial Approach

Headlines Orbit pairs experienced human editors with AI-assisted tools to scale our coverage without compromising standards. Concretely:

• AI assists, humans decide. Large language models help us draft summaries and suggest structure. Editorial judgment — what to cover, what to leave out, what to verify — sits with our editors.
• Disclosure by default. Articles prepared with AI assistance are clearly labelled at the bottom of the page, alongside a link to the original source.
• Attribution. If reporting originated elsewhere, the original publisher is named and linked. We do not present third-party reporting as our own.

Editorial Standards

• Accuracy first. We prefer a slower, sourced story over a faster, looser one.
• Independence. Editorial coverage is independent of advertising. Advertisers do not see, review, or shape stories before publication.

• Plurality of sources. Where a story is contested, we link to more than one account rather than collapsing it into a single voice.

Signing in (via Google) unlocks two optional features: posting comments under articles and earning "HOpoints" — a free, non-monetary loyalty system that rewards engaged readers.
