The shop prides itself on using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients. Sandwiches are prepared on French-style demi-baguettes baked daily by a local bakery. SUNdeVICH emphasizes small-batch preparation, closing daily once ingredients are depleted.

“We do our best to support local business and agriculture,” the shop states. They avoid large national distributors, prioritizing partnerships with local growers and business owners to ensure a strong supply chain.
