As fans prepare for the 25th anniversary of the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Festival, taking place April 10-12 and 17-19 at the Indio Empire Polo Club, attention is turning to more than just the music lineup. Food and beverages are crucial for navigating the desert heat and sustaining energy throughout the three-day event.

A Diverse Culinary Landscape

This year’s festival offers a wide range of options, including Michelin-starred dishes, local favorites, vegan bites, and a variety of sweet treats. Knowing the menu in advance allows attendees to plan their days around where and when to eat.

New Vendors and Local Flavors

Among the new restaurants debuting at Coachella is Villa’s Tacos. Festivalgoers can also explore the expanded Street Food Alley, featuring LA-based food trucks like Fat Sal’s and Kogi, along with Innamorata’s gelato, Spicy Pie slices, and local favorite Gabino’s Creperie. Returning favorites like Bang Bang Noodles will also be available.

Premium Dining Experiences

The 12 Peaks VIP area will feature upscale dining options, including Le Burger by Camphor, Truffle Boys, TKB, and My Lai. Sweetfin, Tacos 1986, Bang Bang Noodles, Civico Restaurants, Randy’s Spammys, Menotti’s, and Gerard’s Paella will also be present.

Exclusive Dining Events

Outstanding in the Field returns with a series of long-table dinners featuring chefs Michael Beckman, Alan Sanz, Jonathan Harris, Charles Namba, Donnie Masterton & Christian Herrera, and Nico de Leon. Nobu will also offer an omakase experience with access to the Red Bull Mirage.

Cocktails and Bars

Attendees can escape the heat at Mixteca, a speakeasy boasting agave-forward cocktails from the team behind New York City’s Please Don’t Tell. Additional bar concepts include Golden Hour and a Tiki Bar. A signature Coachella Valley cocktail, made with citrus and dates, will also be available.

Vegan Options Abound

While Monty’s Good Burger won’t be returning, Coachella will offer numerous plant-based options. Indio Central Market will feature Maneatingplant and Forever Pie. Sonora will welcome Gokoku and Maciel’s, while Street Food Alley will host Cena Vegan’s Taco Party. Prince St. Pizza will also offer vegan slices for the first time.

Camping Provisions

Campers will have access to a dedicated lineup including Handles Coffee, Valley Fusion Sushi, Dave’s Hot Chicken, and Drip Daddy, ensuring they stay fueled throughout the festival.
