Terry Bradshaw Questions Cowboys Focus After Dak Prescott Record Celebration Terry Bradshaw criticized the Dallas Cowboys for celebrating Dak Prescott's franchise passing touchdown record, saying their focus is misplaced as the team struggles with a 2-4 record. Terry Bradshaw does not believe the Dallas Cowboys have their priorities in order. The Hall of Fame quarterback pointed to a recent locker-room celebration involving Dak Prescott as evidence. Bradshaw questioned Dallas' focus during Sunday's edition of Fox NFL Sunday. Bradshaw took issue with the team's celebration after Prescott broke the franchise's career passing touchdown record. Prescott set the mark during Week 2 in the Cowboys' 37-20 win over the Commanders. The previous record of 248 was held by Tony Romo, whom Prescott succeeded after being a fourth-round pick in the 2016 NFL Draft.Bradshaw Questions Cowboys Locker Room CelebrationI'm not going to lie to you guys, I'm a Jerry Jones fan, always have been, Bradshaw said. But you know what upset me? Let me tell you guys this. A couple of weeks ago, I saw when Dak Prescott broke the touchdown passing record for the Cowboys and went into the locker room and the whole place was screaming and hollering.Bradshaw continued, recalling conversations with his co-hosts, Michael Strahan and Howie Long. I said, Howie, isn't that a little strange? Michael, isn't that a little strange? We're celebrating other than championships.Look, you celebrate passing touchdowns when it's all said and done, not during a season. So that leads me to believe that their focus isn't where it should be. It isn't just the lack of focus that bothers Bradshaw. It's also the inconsistency on offense.Dallas Defense Improves While Offense SputtersNow that the defense is finally turning a corner under first-year coordinator Christian Parker, the offense with Prescott is beginning to sputter. They bring in Christian Parker as their defensive coordinator, a young guy, Bradshaw said. They bring in Mike Pettine. He's kind of retired. He's on vacation in Italy. And now the defense for Dallas is playing really good, and the offense is playing really bad. So Dak Prescott, no more interceptions down the field, Bradshaw said. You cannot lose to the Philadelphia Eagles because you've got to go home and play Arizona. And if you think Arizona is an easy way, call the Rams and ask them. The Cowboys enter Monday night's NFC East matchup against the Eagles with a 2-4 record after two straight losses. Dallas has scored just 29 combined points during that two-game skid, while Prescott has thrown four interceptions.NFC East Standings Remain Wide OpenIn spite of the Cowboys' recent woes, the team entered Week 7 in a tie for second place in the NFC East with the Eagles, and within striking distance of the Giants, who were 3-2-1 heading into their match-up against the Texans. The NFC East might be as wide open as it's ever been, with every single team still in position to make a run. With the New York Giants sitting in first place as the only team above .500, all eyes shift toward the Dallas Cowboys and whether they can make a push. If the Cowboys want to be a true threat in the NFC East, it all falls on the shoulders of quarterback Dak Prescott and the offense. However, Fox Sports analyst Terry Bradshaw doesn't appear to be sold on either.
