Shots fired call leads to homicide investigation in Cleveland The Cleveland Police Department responded to reports of shots fired Sunday afternoon. According to police, officers from the Fourth District responded to the 6900 block of Fullerton Avenue at approximately 4:16 p.m. When officers arrived, they located a possible crime scene near the 7000 block of Gertrude Avenue, where they recovered several shell casings. Preliminary information leads officers to believe there was a verbal altercation before the shooting.
