The new photograph shows Duggar with mussed hair and an unsettling smirk. He was officially booked at the facility at 7:32 a.m. on Tuesday morning.

This booking follows his initial arrest out of state earlier this month. Duggar had previously been processed at the Washington County Correctional Facility in Arkansas.

Florida Allegations Detailed

The Bay County Sheriff’s Office announced the TLC personality’s arrest after he was accused of molesting a young girl in Florida. The charges include lewd and lascivious behavior involving a victim younger than 12, as well as similar behavior toward a victim aged 18 or older.

An arrest warrant affidavit outlines the accusations made by a minor, who is now 14 years old. The minor alleged that Duggar engaged in sexual assault, claiming he repeatedly “grazed vagina” with his hand during a family vacation in 2020.

Affidavit Describes Alleged Incidents

The affidavit further detailed that the accuser would reportedly “sit on the defendant’s lap” while Duggar would “cradle with his arms.” The alleged incidents of sexual assault reportedly occurred “several times” throughout the trip.

According to the document, these actions allegedly ceased after Duggar “approached the victim” during the getaway and “apologized for his action.”

Kendra Duggar’s Separate Arrest

Joseph's wife, Kendra Duggar, was also arrested on March 20. She faces four counts each of second-degree endangering the welfare of a minor and second-degree false imprisonment in Arkansas. Joseph Duggar was hit with the identical charges.

Duggar’s Jailhouse Calls

A review of Joseph Duggar’s obtained call log indicates consistent contact with his wife. He reportedly called Kendra Dugger every day, and sometimes twice daily, while incarcerated.

The log also showed a call placed to an unnamed management consultant, which went unanswered.
