Jack Black has dubbed Jack White his “brother from another color” in a new promotional video for their upcoming appearance on Saturday Night Live. The promo, released on Wednesday, mimics the popular “Get Ready With Me” format commonly found on TikTok.

TikTok-Inspired Promo Details

The clip shows Black filming a vertical video as he prepares to host the show. He explains the episode is special for two key reasons. “The musical guest is my brother from another color, Jack White,” Black jokes, immediately following with an air guitar solo.

Fifth Time Hosting for Black

Black also highlights that this will be his fifth time hosting SNL. “And because I’m hosting the show for the one, two, three, four — count ’em — fifth time!” he exclaims.

The promo continues with Black showcasing a variety of clothing options, including patterned button-ups, graphic tees, and his signature jorts. He ultimately settles on a cat graphic tee, a pizza and cat-patterned overshirt, flame-patterned shorts, and rainbow tube socks.
