Former NFL Player Faces Assault Charges
Former NFL defensive tackle Trysten Hill was arrested and booked into an Ellis County, Texas jail last week on multiple charges. The charges stem from an alleged assault involving a pregnant woman, according to jail records.
Details of the Arrest
Records from the Ellis County Sheriff’s Office list the charges as ‘assault of a pregnant person’ and ‘interfering with an emergency request for assistance.’ Hill was taken into custody on March 26th.
Additional Warrants
In addition to the new charges, Hill was held on a $3,500 bond related to two bond-forfeiture warrants from a 2025 criminal investigation. The sheriff’s office confirmed these warrants were also part of his detention.
Booking Photo and Investigation
A booking photo released by the sheriff’s office shows Hill appearing to grin. The identity of the alleged victim and any potential relationship to Hill have not been publicly disclosed.
