Cooke added that he believed Ciara would likely have an opinion on the matter. He concluded by saying, "If it made Amanda happy, I think I would have to vote yay."

West Wilson later commented on his relationship with Batula during a March 24 episode of WWHL. He clarified that he and Batula were "just hanging out" because "she’s single now." Wilson emphasized his strong feelings for Batula, stating, "That’s very important person to me and I care about her a lot. That’s a friend."
