Celine Dion Confirms Highly Anticipated Return to Performing

Iconic, Grammy-winning singer Celine Dion has announced a significant return to the stage this fall. This limited engagement will feature 10 shows held over five weeks at the Paris La Défense Arena.

These concerts represent her first performances since disclosing her diagnosis with a rare neurological disorder. The shows are scheduled to run from September 12 through October 14, showcasing her catalog of hits in both English and French.

A Milestone After Health Struggles

The announcement follows a period of health challenges for the star, who revealed her condition in 2022. This return marks a major milestone after years away from touring as her condition progressed.

Dion recently made a brief but memorable appearance at the opening ceremony for the 2024 Paris Olympics. She also made a heartfelt surprise appearance during the semi-final of the Eurovision Song Contest, a competition she won for Switzerland in 1988.

Emotional Message to Fans

The singer shared the news in an emotional video message delivered from beneath the Eiffel Tower on her 58th birthday. Dion expressed gratitude for the unwavering support she has received from her global fanbase.

“Over the last few years, every day that’s gone by, I’ve felt your prayers and support,” she stated. She added, “This year, I’m getting the chance to see you, to perform for you once again in Paris,” conveying that she feels both “strong” and “excited.”

The upcoming series of performances will be titled “Celine Dion Paris 2026.” The production is being developed in collaboration with creative director Willo Perron.
