Details of the Bulverde School Shooting

The Comal County Sheriff’s Office confirmed that a 15-year-old male student was responsible for the shooting. Investigators stated that the student utilized a .357 revolver that he had brought into the school from his home.

The incident involved the student shooting a high school teacher before subsequently turning the firearm on himself. The teacher remains hospitalized, although the current status of her condition has not been disclosed publicly. The identities of both the student and the teacher have also been withheld by officials.

Investigation and Motive Search

Authorities have not yet established a motive for the violence. Officials indicated they are currently reviewing the student’s academic history and other relevant factors to understand the cause.
