The Cleveland Guardians are set to promote highly-touted prospect Travis Bazzana to the major leagues.

Bazzana's Impressive Rise

Sources confirm that the No. 1 overall pick from the 2024 amateur draft will be added to the active roster, with a potential debut scheduled for Tuesday night’s game against the Tampa Bay Rays. Bazzana, a 23-year-old second baseman, has quickly progressed through the minor league system, demonstrating the skills that led to his top draft selection. His performance with Triple-A Columbus has been particularly noteworthy, showcasing his offensive capabilities.
