Police reportedly had the father call Joseph with a detective present, and he allegedly admitted to the actions again.

Bond and Restrictions

During his first court appearance in Bay County, Florida, Judge Brantley Clark set Joseph’s bond at $600,000. Upon his release, he was instructed to avoid contact with the alleged victim, directly or through third parties or social media. He was also forbidden from unsupervised contact with any minors under the age of 18.
