Francisco Villafranca-Funes was found guilty March 12 of two counts of aggravated sexual assault of a child and two counts of indecency with a child by sexual contact. The jury deliberated for approximately one hour before returning the verdict.The jury sentenced Villafranca-Funes to 60 years for each aggravated sexual assault count and 15 years for each indecency count, all to be served concurrently in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice."Our office is grateful to our dedicated staff and law enforcement partners who worked tirelessly to hold the defendant accountable and seek justice for the victim," Travis County District Attorney José Garza said.
