Parks Canada described the man as an 81-year-old Caucasian male who may be wearing dark blue shorts or pants, a light blue shirt and a grey backpack. The federal agency is focusing its search efforts on the western portion of Waterton Lakes National Park, while Southwest Alberta Regional Search and Rescue is looking outside the park.In addition to on-foot searchers, aircraft are being used. People can help by sharing information about the search, but members of the public are discouraged from searching due to the remote and mountainous terrain in the area
