Penfield Man Arrested After Wegmans Altercation

A man is in custody following a fight at the Wegmans store located on Penfield Road in Penfield, New York. The incident, which occurred on February 24th, resulted in injuries to another individual.

Details of the Incident

Tyshaun Radcliffe, 28, allegedly engaged in a physical altercation with another man near the store's cash registers. According to the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office, Radcliffe used a “sharp instrument” during the fight, causing a facial injury to the victim.

Charges Filed

Radcliffe, who is currently on parole, was arrested on Monday and charged with assault and criminal possession of a weapon. He is being held at the Monroe County Jail on $25,000 cash bail or a $50,000 bond.

Court Appearance Scheduled
