" The sellers are celebrity cosmetic surgeon Dr. Aaron Rollins and his wife, Marine Rollins, a real estate agent, who purchased the two-acre site for $30 million in 2020. According to the original construction plan, the home includes nine bedrooms, spanning 30,000 square feet, with a dock, swimming pool, a 1,500-gallon aquarium and a library with a secret passageway. Among the most notable homeowners there is Jeff Bezos, who has been snapping up homes on the “Billionaire Bunker” as part of his Miami move, including a reportedon the island for $90 million in 2024. Former NFL star Tom Brady purchased a $17 million lot on Indian Creek in December 2020, which boasts an 856-square-foot dock with lifts for his jet-skis and boat. Legendary financier Carl Icahn also owns three homes on the island, each worth at least $50 million. President Donald Trump’s daughter Ivanka Trump and her husband, Jared Kushner, purchased an Indian Creek home in December 2020, with an estimated property value of $40 million. Among Zuck’s new billionaire neighbors are also Colombian banker Jaime Gilinski Bacal, art collector Norman Braman and Eddie Lampert, former CEO of Sears.Zuckerberg is the fourth-richest person in the world as of Monday afternoon, by Forbes’ count, with an estimatedof $223.5 billion. Most of his wealth comes from his 13% share in Meta, formerly Facebook, which he founded in 2004 at 19 years old. “Zuck” also owns a yacht named Launchpad valued at over $300 million and a vast property portfolio which includes hundreds of millions of dollars worth of land in Kauai County, Hawaii. In 2015, Zuckerberg and his wife pledged to give away 99% of their Meta stake over their lifetimes.
