New Additions to the Biden Household

President Joe Biden and First Lady Jill Biden have expanded their family with the adoption of two black Lab-mix puppies named Boo and Scout. The siblings, originally known as Linda and Rocky, were rescued from a shelter in Tennessee before finding their new home in Delaware.

The adoption was facilitated by Humane Animal Partners, a Delaware-based animal welfare organization. A photo released by the group features the couple alongside their new pets and their cat, Willow, signaling a heartwarming start to this new chapter.

A Thoughtful Selection Process

Humane Animal Partners played a vital role in matching the puppies with the Bidens. Staff members carefully assessed the temperament and needs of the dogs to ensure they would be a perfect fit for the couple's lifestyle.

CEO Patrick Carroll noted that the team intentionally selected the pair, believing they would thrive in the Biden home. The puppies were initially placed in the residence on a trial basis to ensure a smooth transition for both the animals and the family before the adoption was finalized.
