Officers were dispatched after receiving a report of a person down inside one of the residences. Upon arrival, authorities located the woman inside the apartment, unresponsive to their presence.

HPD investigators have stated they urgently need to speak with this man regarding the case. He was described by those who saw him as a dark-skinned Black man.

The description further details the man as being approximately 5 feet 5 inches tall, possessing a stocky build, and having short hair. Police are appealing to the public for any information related to his whereabouts.
