Hezbollah Announces Multiple Attacks

Hezbollah, the Lebanese militant group, stated on Thursday that it conducted a total of 12 attacks against Israeli soldiers and vehicles in northern Israel and the southern Lebanon border region. The group detailed a series of missile and artillery strikes throughout the day.

Targeted Locations in Northern Israel

Attacks on Metula and Malkia

According to separate statements released by Hezbollah, missile attacks targeted Israeli infrastructure in the Kiryat Ata area, located east of Haifa. The group also reported targeting gatherings of Israeli soldiers and vehicles with missiles in the settlements of Metula and Malkia in northern Israel.

Further Strikes in Southern Lebanon Border Areas

Hezbollah claimed to have shelled Israeli soldiers and vehicles with artillery fire at Jnijal Hill, near the southern Lebanese town of Qantara. Another missile strike reportedly hit a gathering of Israeli soldiers and vehicles in the Sadr area, close to the southern Lebanese town of Aita al Shaab.

Rocket Barrages and Drone Activity

Increased Attacks Throughout the Day

Later on Thursday, Hezbollah announced rocket barrages targeting gatherings of Israeli soldiers in the settlements of Yir’on and Al Malkiya, bringing the day’s total attacks to 12. The group also stated its drones targeted the settlement of Even Menachem in northern Israel.

Ongoing Israeli Operations and Casualties

Israel has been conducting air strikes and a ground invasion in southern Lebanon since March 2. Lebanese authorities report that approximately 1,318 people have been killed and 3,935 others wounded as a result of the Israeli assault.
