Hailee Steinfeld and Josh Allen Announce Daughter’s Arrival
Buffalo Bills quarterback Josh Allen and actress Hailee Steinfeld welcomed their first child, a baby girl, on April 2nd. The couple, married in May 2024 in Santa Barbara, shared the joyous news with fans through their newsletter, “Beau Society.”
‘Special Delivery’ Announcement
The newsletter was headlined “Special Delivery — BEAU SOCIETY,” and included the message: “Our baby girl has arrived!! We’re feeling incredibly grateful and blessed and savouring these early moments. Thank you so much for the love and well wishes.” The baby’s name has not yet been publicly revealed.
Potential Name and ‘Beau Society’ Connection
Given the name of their newsletter, some speculate the couple might consider naming their daughter Beau. However, Steinfeld already utilizes “Beau” in another aspect of her life, potentially leading them to choose a different name for their child.
Timing and Future Plans
The birth coincides with Allen’s NFL offseason, allowing him dedicated time with his wife and new daughter. This timing also allows Steinfeld to focus on her acting career, following the success of her 2025 film, Sinners.
‘Sinners’ Award Season Success
Sinners received significant acclaim, earning 16 Academy Award nominations and ultimately winning four, including Best Actor, Best Original Screenplay, Best Cinematography, and Best Original Score. The film dominated the 2026 awards season.
Impact on Allen’s Motivation
The arrival of their daughter may further motivate Allen to bring a Super Bowl championship to Buffalo. The franchise has experienced recent postseason heartbreak, and this new chapter in his life could provide additional drive.
