A person was transported to Harborview Medical Center late Wednesday night following a fall from an overpass onto an Interstate 90 ramp in Bellevue. The incident occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. on the ramp connecting eastbound I-90 to Bellevue Way, according to the Washington State Patrol (WSP).

Details of the Fall

Authorities report that the individual was allegedly engaged in graffiti tagging on the overpass when the fall occurred. The tagger landed on the ramp below, resulting in significant injuries.

The WSP confirmed that the victim sustained a possible broken leg and facial injuries during the fall. At this time, no information has been released regarding potential vandalism charges for the individual involved.
