Spring Corgi Beach Day Returns with a Massive Attraction

The annual Spring Corgi Beach Day is set to take place in Huntington Beach on the first Saturday of April, and this year’s event will feature a truly remarkable sight: the world’s biggest Corgi inflatable.

A Colossal Canine Companion

Organizers describe the inflatable as “14 Corgis tall,” or approximately the height of a giraffe, equating to 70 stacked tennis balls. The impressive decoration is designed to be a fun photo opportunity for attendees and their furry friends. It’s important to note that this is, in fact, an inflatable and not a genuinely oversized Corgi!

More Than Just a Big Inflatable

The “Tiki Beach Pawty” offers much more than just a giant inflatable. Attendees can expect a full day of dog-centered entertainment, including food trucks, a Corgi-inspired marketplace, and a variety of competitions.

Corgi Competitions and Fun

Expect quirky contests like the Best Trick, Best Corgi Butt, and a Corgonut Pie-Eating Contest. Corgi Limbo and a costume contest will also showcase the pups’ talents and creativity. The event has grown into one of the largest dog-themed festivities on the West Coast.

A Community Celebration

Spring Corgi Beach Day welcomes both Corgis and “honorary” Corgis, along with their human companions. The event provides a space for canine lovers to connect and celebrate their shared passion. It’s a chance to experience the “spirit and spunk” of Corgis and their owners.
