Gia Giudice Thanks Trump Aide for Supporting Father Joe Giudice's Pardon Gia Giudice expresses gratitude to Caroline Patton for her advocacy in the quest to pardon her father, Joe Giudice, and reinstate him in the United States. Gia Giudice, the eldest daughter of 'Real Housewives of New Jersey' star Teresa Giudice, is continuing to advocate for her father Joe Giudice's return to the United States. Joe was deported to Italy in 2019 following his release from a 41-month prison sentence for fraud. Despite the deportation, the family remains hopeful for a pardon, which would allow Joe to re-enter the country. Recently, Gia shared an Instagram post expressing gratitude towards Trump administration aide Caroline Patton, who has voiced support for Joe's case, noting the importance of having a father present in the lives of his children.
