Ford Australia Announces Fuel Relief for New Car Buyers

Ford Australia is providing a $4,000 fuel card to customers who purchase eligible new Ranger and Everest vehicles while stocks last. This initiative aims to alleviate some of the financial strain caused by high fuel prices impacting consumers across the country.

Fuel Card Offer Details

The $4,000 fuel card is available with the purchase of a 2026MY or older Ranger or Everest Trend model from participating dealerships. The Ranger is priced from AU$46,487, while the Everest Trend starts at AU$74,271.

Additional Savings for Farmers

Australian farmers can receive an additional AU$1,000 discount on qualifying Ranger, Ranger Super Duty, and Ranger Hybrid purchases. This discount is available for vehicles registered to farming businesses.

Significant Price Cuts on Ranger Hybrid

Ford has also announced substantial price reductions on its Ranger Hybrid models, effective until June 30. The Ranger Hybrid now starts at AU$62,000, a decrease from its previous price of AU$78,041.

  • Ranger Hybrid Sport: Reduced to AU$66,000 (from AU$81,149)
  • Ranger Hybrid Wildtrak: Reduced to AU$70,000 (from AU$86,257)
  • Ranger Hybrid Stormtrak: Reduced to AU$73,000 (from AU$93,446)

Ford’s Response to Cost-of-Living Pressures

Fadi Mawal, president and chief executive of Ford Australia and New Zealand, stated, “These initiatives are designed to help our customers, from small business owners to families, get through this challenging financial period.” He added, “Ford vehicles offer incredible capability, performance and long-term value for money and we don’t want anyone to miss out on getting the best car for their needs because of short-term pain at the pump.”

The fuel card offer is valid while applicable vehicles remain in stock, encouraging potential buyers to act quickly. The price reductions on the Ranger Hybrid are available until June 30.
