White flatbed." The vehicle was traveling roughly 30 miles per hour as it continued for several blocks. Video showed the officer threatened to shoot Otto, the driver, if he didn't stop. When the driver continued, the officer opened fire.The officer, a veteran of 21 years, was treated for non-fatal injuries sustained during the incident. He was placed on administrative leave, which is a standard procedure following officer-involved shootings.
