Ciara Miller's Dual Residences
Summer House star Ciara Miller is currently living between two distinct worlds: a high-end rental in New York City and a cherished family home in North Carolina. The Post reported on Miller’s contrasting lifestyles, highlighting her financial commitments and personal investments.
Luxury Living in Manhattan
Miller resides in a three-bedroom, three-bath corner unit at One Manhattan Square, costing approximately $12,000 per month. The apartment boasts a sprawling open kitchen with Miele appliances, wide-plank oak flooring, and a spa-like primary bath featuring marble detailing and radiant-heated floors.
Floor-to-ceiling windows offer sweeping views of New York Harbor and the downtown skyline. The building itself provides residents with upscale amenities, including a saltwater pool, Turkish hammam spa, bowling alley, golf simulator, and a stargazing observatory.
Reclaiming Family History in North Carolina
Alongside her luxurious New York life, Miller quietly purchased her grandparents’ longtime home in Belmont, North Carolina, near Charlotte. She revealed she had been preparing for this purchase for the past year.
A Meaningful Investment
The property is a three-bedroom brick ranch on a generous lot, featuring a classic layout and a large rec room with a wet bar. Miller emphasized that the home’s value lies not in its cosmetic potential, but in its sentimental significance. “I knew my grandparents’ house was going to be up for sale, and so, I’ve been prepping to do this for the past year,” she said.
The Importance of Family Legacy
Miller described the purchase as a way to reclaim family history, noting her own transient upbringing. “Growing up, once my parents got divorced, we probably lived in like five different houses from kindergarten to high school,” she explained. “My grandparents always just had that one house.”
She expressed a desire to keep the home within her family’s name forever, calling it “the house that raised me” and a tribute to her family’s sacrifices. “It’s just really special, and I can’t believe I have… saved my money, and been responsible enough, and also paid my taxes, that I can buy this house and it belongs and remains in our family,” she stated.
Miller views the purchase as a way to honor her grandparents’ hard work and hopes to create a similar stable home for her own future family.
'Summer House' Relationship Developments
These personal developments occur amidst ongoing drama within the cast of Summer House. Amanda Batula and West Wilson recently confirmed their relationship in a joint statement.
Navigating Complicated Dynamics
Batula and Wilson acknowledged the online speculation surrounding their relationship and explained their need for privacy. “It was never our intention to purposely hide anything. Given the complicated relationship dynamics involved and the scrutiny that comes with being on a reality show, we needed a little space to process things privately before speaking on it,” they said.
They described their connection as evolving naturally from a longstanding friendship, adding, “We’ve shown up for each other as friends over the years, through all the highs and lows, and what’s developed recently was the last thing either of us expected.” The pair’s relationship has stirred backlash among the cast as the current season airs and the show’s future remains uncertain.
