The first woman is described as being in her 50s with long straight blonde hair, wearing a black and white tweed cape-style coat, black top, black tights, and black knee-high heeld boots.. The second woman is in her 20s with curly blonde hair, wearing a fluffy brown coat and knee-high heeled boots . Police acknowledge that the images are not the clearest but are appealing to the public for any information that could help identify the women.
