According to a statement released by the department on Tuesday, they have been actively tracking the post over the preceding 24 hours. Authorities emphasize that while they are taking the report seriously, there is currently no confirmed, active threat to the community.
Interagency Collaboration and Precautionary Measures
To ensure safety, the Castle Hills Police Department is coordinating efforts with several key agencies. These partners include the Northeast Independent School District (NEISD), the San Antonio Police Department, and the Bexar County Sheriff’s Office.
A spokesperson for NEISD confirmed that no direct threats were identified against any of their campuses. Nevertheless, as a precautionary measure, the district has augmented patrols at schools located within the Castle Hills vicinity and has informed parents of the situation.
School Response and Normal Operations
