Bose unveiled the new Lifestyle speaker collection at a multi-story demonstration event held in New York City’s Upper West Side. The launch event, featuring ascending audio and a staircase, signifies a shift for the company, traditionally known for its noise-canceling technology.

Lifestyle Ultra Speaker Details

The Lifestyle Ultra Speaker, priced between $299 and $349 depending on the finish (Black/White Smoke or limited-edition Driftwood Sand), is a versatile unit. It can function as a standalone speaker, a stereo pair, part of a whole-home system, or as rear speakers in a surround-sound setup.

  • Utilizes a Direct/Reflecting array and TrueSpatial digital signal processing for an expansive soundstage.
  • Features CleanBass technology with a QuietPort treatment for deep bass response.

    The Lifestyle Ultra Soundbar ($1,099 in Black/White Smoke) features a 5.0.2 configuration with four full-range drivers, two upward-firing drivers, a center tweeter, and PhaseGuide radiators. These radiators create a wider soundstage without additional drivers.
