The recall affects pints and quarts distributed to 17 states, including California,Texas, and Florida. According to the FDA, no injuries have been reported so far.

The affected states are Indiana, Arizona , California, Connecticut, Georgia, Florida, Iowa,Illinois, Maryland, New Jersey, Oregon, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Texas, Washington, and Wisconsin.

According to the FDA , no injuries have been reported as a result of the metal shards in the ice cream.. The company is urging consumers who have purchased the affected products to return them to the place of purchase for a full refund.
