Taylor Swift, the globally renowned singer-songwriter with deep roots in Pennsylvania, is set to be inducted into the Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame in 2027.

Recognizing a Pennsylvania Native

This honor acknowledges Swift’s extraordinary musical achievements and her connection to the region where she grew up. Born in West Reading and raised in Wyomissing, she attended Wyomissing Area Junior/Senior High School before moving to Nashville with her family to pursue her music career.

A Celebration of Swift’s Legacy

The Central Pennsylvania Music Hall of Fame, a nonprofit focused on youth music education, considers Swift’s induction a significant event for the organization and the community.

'You Belong With Me' Cover & Easter Eggs

To celebrate the upcoming induction, the Central Pennsylvania Youth All-Star Band has released a cover of Swift’s hit song, ‘You Belong With Me.’ The accompanying music video is filled with hidden ‘easter eggs’ for fans to discover.

The Hall of Fame playfully referenced Swift’s lyrics, stating ‘you belong with me,’ emphasizing her enduring ties to the area. Brandon Valentine, Executive Director of CPMHOF, stated, “We can’t wait to celebrate Taylor’s induction. We hope that Swifties love and share this music video and that Taylor herself sees it! We look forward to inducting her into our local Hall of Fame in 2027. She truly ‘belongs with us’ back in Central PA.”
