Coronation Street star Michael Le Vell has married his partner Louise Gibbons after a 12-year romance,surrounded by many of his Corrie co-stars in a sunny Manchester on Saturday.

The couple, who first started dating in 2014, tied the knot in a beautiful ceremony, with Michael cutting a dashing figure in a neutral three-piece suit and his bride stunning in a gorgeous white gown.

The newlyweds could not wipe the smiles off their faces as they emerged from the church to be greeted by a flurry of confetti and applause .
