In a new interview, the 30-year-old nurse and model opened up about her close friendship with co-star Paige DeSorbo, revealing that a shared love for cats sparked their bond.

'From Day 1, Ciara and I connected even though the show definitely wanted us to not like each other,' DeSorbo said.

She added, 'You know what's crazy . She walked in, she had a cat ring. I said, Forget the boys, do you like cats?She was, like, Yeah, I swear to God from that day forward, we just loved cats.'

'Make it to the waiting and make it to the end of all of this. I'm excited to put it all behind me,' Miller said while speaking with People at the amFAR gala.

Her friend and co-star DeSorbo also commented on the situation: 'She's doing great , she looks amazing she's having fun. It's weird to see your friend go through something so intense cause every time you go on the phone, it's her face doing something else.'
