A 43-year-old man has been arrested in Oconee County, South Carolina, and is facing charges of incest and criminal sexual conduct after a minor gave birth in a hospital parking lot.

On April 11, law enforcement officials responded to a report of a minor giving birth inside a vehicle in the parking lot of Oconee Memorial Hospital. Hospital staff immediately assisted the juvenile and an accompanying adult woman in moving inside to complete the delivery.
