Suspects Linked to Targeted Crime

The OPP describe the incident as a targeted crime. Madore is confirmed to be in B.C., with known associations in Richmond, Abbotsford, Chilliwack, and Terrace. Kennedy may be traveling with Madore or could still be in the Ottawa area.

Victim Found with Life-Threatening Injuries

On April 12, 2026, police discovered Christo Allison Richards with life-threatening injuries in a Perth park. He was pronounced dead at the hospital. The OPP have issued photos of Madore and Kennedy to aid in the investigation and are urging the public to come forward with any information.
