Among their notable successes, the couple bought 38 boxes of condoms from a Boots clearance sale for £111.75. After relabeling and sending the stock to Amazon warehouses, the entire batch sold within a week, yielding a profit of £124.20.
Similarly, they bought 80 heavily discounted Brita water filters, which generated £637.60 in profit after fees, thanks to the software indicating that such filters sell around 9,000 times monthly on Amazon.
Software and Strategy:Minimizing Risk
The couple uses a program called SellerAmp SAS, costing £16.74 a month,to estimate monthly sales volumes and stock turnover rates.. This data-driven approach minimizes risk and ensures they only invest in items with proven demand.
Despite some online criticism that their reselling contributes to the cost-of-living crisis, Sam defends their practice by pointing out that Amazon customers pay for convenience,and anyone can still find cheaper deals in physical stores.
